Individual counselling at Embody Therapy is trauma-informed, body-based, and paced with care. Using EMDR and somatic approaches, we help your nervous system process what it couldn’t at the time, so you can feel more grounded, present, and connected in your daily life.
EMDR can help the brain and body process unresolved experiences so they no longer feel as intense or overwhelming. This work is always paced carefully and guided by your nervous system, with your consent and collaboration at every step.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or the impact of difficult experiences, therapy can support you in developing greater emotional flexibility, self-understanding, and connection with yourself and others.
Session Cost: $130 per 50 mins.

Couples and relationship counselling at Embody Therapy combines the structure of the Gottman Method with trauma-informed EMDR to support bigger, more sustainable change. We help couples strengthen communication, understand recurring patterns, and address the underlying experiences that keep them feeling stuck so connection can feel safer, steadier, and more accessible.
Whether you’re dating, married, or in a long-term partnership, we work collaboratively to repair ruptures, reduce reactivity, and support a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and responsive to both partners’ needs.

Behavioral coaching is a practical, goal-focused approach that helps people change specific habits, behaviors, or patterns that may be getting in the way of their goals. It’s less about exploring the past and more about supporting action and accountability in the present.
This approach is practical and forward-focused — it’s less about looking back and more about supporting you in taking action now. Whether it’s building healthier routines, managing stress, or following through on personal or professional goals, behavioral coaching helps you move from intention to action with encouragement and accountability.
