As a counsellor, I bring not only clinical training but also lived experiences into the room. I hold deep respect for the ways our early relationships, childhood environments, and the systems we grow up in shape who we are and how we cope, survive, and relate to others.
Registered Clinical Counsellor and certified through BCACC. I am a qualified EMDR therapist certified through EMDRIA, and a certified Gottman Therapist for working with couples.
I specialize in trauma, dissociation, domestic and gender-based violence, relationship issues, and attachment theory.
My own journey has been shaped by experiences of marginalization, which have taught me how personal gain is often intertwined with broader intergenerational trauma and exclusion. These experiences inform the heart of my practice.
I'm particularly passionate about working with people who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether due to trauma, identity, family history, or societal pressures. I believe healing happens not only by addressing the pain, but by understanding the context in which it exists. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, relational, and systemic lens, honouring the resilience that each person carries.
I work collaboratively, integrating modalities like EMDR, parts work, attachment theory, and somatic awareness, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you feel welcome, including those that have long been silenced. My aim is to support you in reconnecting with your sense of self, agency, and belonging, both within and beyond your personal story.
