Hi! I am happy you are here. I believe as your therapist you should know a bit about myself and story. I have a background in fitness and health servicing personal training. I decided on becoming a therapist through my work with clients who used their sessions for expression and story telling. I quickly learned the bodymind connection and how exercising one affected the other. Memories, emotions, hurt, and stories are held in the body. This experience shaped my belief that change doesn’t just happen through behaviour or exercise—it also lives in the psyche.
I am currently registered with CRPO as a RP (Q), certified personal trainer and behavioural coach.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I work collabortively to bring support, emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and self-trust. I’m especially interested in how we carry stress, trauma, and identity in the body, and I aim to create space where all parts of you—mental, physical, emotional—are welcomed.
