We are two best friends who turned a shared dream into something real; building a counselling practice rooted in connection, compassion, and the kind of healing we both needed growing up.
Both of us come from harmful environments and relationships that shaped how we saw ourselves and moved through the world. We've done a lot of our own work through therapy, reflection, and each other's support, and it's that journey that brought us here. We know what it is like to feel stuck in old patterns, unsure of your worth, or disconnected from your own story. And we also know that healing is possible, especially when you don't have to do it alone.
As counsellors, we bring not only our training and experiences, but also our hearts. We work from a trauma-informed, relational, inner parts work, systemic lens, always considering how our earlier experiences and the systems we live in impact our wellbeing. Most of all, we focus on creating a space where folks feel seen, supported, and safe to be their full selves.
This practice is more than just a job to us, it is a reflection of who we are, what we've come through, and what we believe in. We're so glad you found your way here and we'd be honoured to walk with you in whatever chapter you're in.
